Wall Track Lighting?

I have a teeny 5 X 8 bathroom, with a wall to wall vanity on one 5 foot wall, and the tub opposite it on the other 5 foot wall. All that's there now, and my only wall outlet, is a strip of lights over the vanity. I was just going to use two sconces on either side of a round mirror over the vanity, but it might not be enough light.

I'm not allowed the channel into the ceiling. A lighting designer I met at a lecture said to build a soffit that would go around the walls about 10" from the top, and use the sconces too, but that seems like too much light and also is expensive.

Are there any good looking, modular, track type systems I can run around the top of the walls, instead of on the ceiling?
