I had no idea you could bake like that in a toaster oven.
I am astounded! I want to try this now. There was a
post about kitchens needing space for toaster ovens, I
skipped right by that post. Now I realize what the hub-bub
is about. I think I need to take a Home-Ec class all over
again. All I learned was how to make lentil soup and
bread rolls. Nothing as pretty as the Challah bread.
I just wish I could taste it. Gosh, Now I am going to
run out to a bakery.

Croquenbouche ... hmmm... I wonder if I could keep the kids from eating the components until after assembly?

The oven is a Breville, and worlds better than the only other toaster oven I've had, maybe fifteen years ago. This seemed a good investment, since I chose not to squeeze two ovens into the new kitchen.
