How important are damp rated lights in bathrooms? Vanity lights seem easy to find but I would like to have ceiling lights also in my bathrooms. I'd love to find a small damp rated chandelier for the master bath and a good looking (not a ceiling boob light)surface mounted light for the guest bath but have not had any luck. The bathrooms will have good exhaust fans so I don't understand why damp rating should be such an issue. Could someone explain this to me and/or give suggestions on manufacturers that make this type of product?
