Aisle widths and work tables

I bought an antique work table to go between my range wall and sink wall.I know the standard aisle widths, and based on those it doesn't fit.

But the table will be on casters. It won't interfere with the oven door of the range ( my French range has small ovens) or with my dishwasher drawers opening.

Because, due to code, I had to add 4" of stone to the rear of a fireplace before I could place my range against it I don't have much room, even for the narrow French " pastry table" I picked up. I have about 33" on either side.

Do you think it being a movable table on casters makes that less an issue than a solid island?

My plan is below. Not sure if they drew the table to scale since the GC didn't build it. It's the smaller brown rectangle across from the range.
