Have you thought about buying fabric and having them made by a local seamstress? Many how have a business of their own are very reasonably priced. I know I was when I had my own business. I advertised on CL under Services.

I have had many items done by Half Price Drapes. Love their outcomes and their prices. You can view their website. Their fabrics are comparable to very high-end drapes but much cheaper in price but not quality. They are also very nice to deal with. Once mine were not going to deliver on time and they gave me the hardware free (the nicer rods, hooks, etc., that I had chosen). I am not related to them in anyway and in fact, someone here gave me their name years ago and I have done business with them since.

Thanks so much for all the ideas! Half price drapes looks good! Most of the curtains are up to 120 inches although I do see that some can be ordered longer. I just wanted to not have them totally custom made as the last time I did that it was thousands for the 2 rooms I did. Although they were beautiful it is a heavier look than I prefer now, also we just remodeled our kitchen and I have depleted my accounts! So cheaper is better!
