My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flexitec Anyone here know anything about it?

Yes I do have a modular more about that later.

I'm looking to put Flexitec down in my kitchen and laundry room. I'm looking at a 20 yr floor not no cheap stuff.

Anyone here used this stuff? How does it compare to the other floating vinyl flooring?
