Hi. If you are in Texas, go to TDHCA and look at the complaints. Check the BBB, for what its worth.
Remember there are laws governing the sales transaction of a home/land package in Texas by TDHCA and the real estate board.
Inspect the home! look underneath it to determine signs of mold or moisture. Check under the cabinets for moisture, check the roof. If it is a double wide, check the mate line. But sinces its pretty old, the land may be the better deal....

we passed on this one - we now have a contract on 5 acres with one DW and one SW. we close 5/31. The DW is a Redmon but don't know who made the SW.
