This is after with all new siding, box bay window,doors completing a front porch also.

Wow! What a totally different look. The more I look at it the more I love it! A few questions if you don't mind: what kind of material is that around the door? and, how did the box window change the look inside?

Thanks for all the compliments! This has pretty much monopolized our whole summer. I will post some pictures of the inside soon, its not finished yet too busy outside. It's still just boards, but it's about a foot deep and about 10 feet wide.
