My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone Worked with Custom Modular Direct?

Am in process of purchasing a modular home to replace my 1830's farmhouse deystroyed by fire. I must make choices in a short period of time, about something I know nothing about, while under extreme emotional distress!

Am interested in building "green" in northern New York. Have been impressed with discussion with Custom Modular Direct but unable to find any reviews of their work though have visited an impressive recent installation.

Anyone have experrience with this company?
