Sort of. ;) Kitchen/dining room/living room/family room open concept reno just pointed out how butt ugly our hall bath looked. So while we were waiting on various delays I decided to do a mini reno on that bathroom too since it is the one guests use. And hey--the guest room across the hall from said bathroom could use an update while the drywall finisher is here too... More work/scope than anticipated, but so worth it! I bet your DD's room looks fabulous!

Didn't "start another" -- made the mistake of trying to redo the whole house all at once!!! Sigh! One of these days, something will be finished!

Project creep - boy, can I relate. We've had our entire house torn up for about three years now. DIY and we both work full time. There are days when I think we were crazy to even start, but then I look at the work we've done so far and it is so much more functional and looks great. So, just keep plugging along.

Hahaha - we are redoing the bathroom this week, waiting for final bit of molding to arrive for kitchen. The kitchen reno has really motivated us to get other jobs done.

So funny, that's exactly what I did - redid DD's room. I felt so helpless during the kitchen reno, and felt un-grounded without my kitchen. I needed to shift my focus and to see real progress. A simple project like refreshing a room was perfect.
