It may be possible for you to find a local painter who specials in special finished to paint the cabinets to look like this - they'd want to paint them all (boxes and doors) with an off-white then field paint a hand-brushed glaze. For the sub-zero it would depend on if its currently paneled or not. I've done it before to match existing paint for a client but it can be a harder finish to keep up over time when field paint in lieu of factory finished. Hope that helps!
