I've bought plenty of used items on Amazon over the years.

I have bought from the warehouse also. But be aware that the used items are not covered by the same guarantees as new ones. I chose to return an item and for the first time in my Amazon experience, had to pay postage. The item was not damaged, which would have meant free postage. Just my error in mis-ordering.
Also, I was told that manufacturer's guarantees may not cover items bought from the warehouse since they are not ''new''.

Neither of these caveats preclude my buying from them. But I would be cautious about buying expensive items or appliances.

Even on new items, I don't believe Amazon pays return postage for buyer's remorse. They pay return postage for damaged, non-working items and items where the description is incorrect or incomplete.

What weissman said is correct, you pay return postage with regular Amazon as well.

I wish GW had a "like" button! Thanks for the information, I did not know that.

Me too - I didn't know that. Thanks.

I have used Amazon warehouse for a lot of small items... For example, I got the Kohler duostrainer for $23 in "like new" condition. The more they have available, the better the price. It can be worth leaving the item in your cart for a few days, since the price definitely fluctuates, just like regular amazon products.
