I used about six of them at once about 2 weeks ago, with a few of them being expired. I didn't have any trouble. Maybe they are changing there policies now that Linens n' Things has closed.

Now that you bring this up, I just realized I haven't received any coupons from them since before xmas. I could count on at least 2 a month in the mailbox.

Don't know about the expired thing...never tried it but many friend said they'd take expired. Not sure about now. I'm going to inquire about the coupons the next time I stop in.

The store in Dover, NH took a pile of expired ones last week, including one that was more than five years old which I'd found in the bottom of my filing cabinet! Unfortunately, I had to return most of the items and they wouldn't give me any coupons back so I couldn't buy the replacements I'd planned on because yes, otherwise things are pretty expensive there. The prices were almost exactly the same at LNT though, and LNT was obnoxious about their coupons (well, they were obnoxious in general). I get one of the 20%-off postcard ones about every six weeks or so, but a few times I've resorted to eBay to get a dozen or so coupons for a couple of dollars if I've needed to get a bunch of small items (they do add up!).

I bought a bunch of things last week and used 6 coupons. I returned some curtains for different ones and she gave me the discount. If you are returning something and buying something else, do it at the same time. They give you the discount on the new stuff.

I purchased a few things from them on line and got a 20% coupon by email. I printed up 4 of them and they worked. They do not take off the discount on the on-line purchase, but give you the coupon for the store.

I have read that the decision to take expired coupon is made by the individual store manager. Living in a college town, our BB&B does great business and has always happily taken the coupons.

I still get plenty of coupons through magazines and mail. I hope they don't dry up!

I saved $110 on my Dyson with a 20% off coupon at BB&B...if not for that, I'd have bought it at Target.
