My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

can you please tell me what materials were used to build the mantel

    We always use a true 2X poplar for the top of the mantle and route it as desired to fit the customer's needs. The rest is proportioned to that top piece with crown molding and other trim pieces that match the scale of the room. I know that is vague, but my design always depends on the scale of the fireplace and the room. Hope that helps.
