Medallion is a reputable company, I have them with no finish issues whatsoever, and they have a very good warranty, you should contact the place you purchased them from before any more time passes,

do you have a copy of the warranty? If you don't let me know I'll post it here so you can copy it.

I don't know which series you have, but here's the warranty for the Designer Gold/Designer series, if you have the Silverline there is a different warranty. Let me know.

I am pretty sure I have the Designer series.

I have posted a couple of pics.
Also, about 6 months after moving in, I noticed the door panels have shrunk and the bare wood is showing along the edges.
Is this normal? If so, what is the remedy to cover up the bare wood? I thought about a mahogany stain wood touch up pen.

As a dealer, I have never seen finish problems like that with Medallion or any other line. They will definitely take care of this. Can you let me know how this gets handled by Medallion? I would like to know as I've not ever had a warranty issue with them.

Regarding the bare wood that's exposed: the center panels are 'floating' with in the door frame. That center panel probably just moved over. Take the door off the hinges....wrap the door in a towel and gently bang the door against a carpeted floor until the panel nudges back in to place.

Wood can shrink in the dry winter months some, but it looks to me like the panel moved as well.
