My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is the dark wood under the roof. I guess it would be called a ceiling too :)

    Sorry, never heard that before. We were the landscape architects who designed the pool and surrounding area and not the house so am still unable to answer your question sorry.
