Kitchen Circuits

I am in the process of finishing a basement, and have a couple of questions regarding my kitchenette. There will be a full-size fridge, but no stove, and a small sink with small disposal. There will be a standard small counter-top microwave sat onto a shelf hanging under the cabinets. All circuits will be GFCI-protected at the breaker (one room over).

Questions...

1. Can the small microwave's outlet be included into the 2 small appliance outlets required by code?

2. Can I wire the 2 (or 3) can lights for the kitchen to the 20A fridge circuit as an easy means to detect if the GFCI breaker has tripped?

Essentially, for the kitchenette, I am looking at...

Fridge and Kichen Can Lights (2 or 3) - 20A

Disposal - 20A

Kitchen Outlets (Small Appliance #1) (2 duplex - counter) (Microwave) - 20A

Kitchen Outlets (Small Appliance #2) (2 duplex - wall) - 20A
