Mouser Cabinets

Hi,

Anyone have any comments regarding Mouser cabinets, especially as to price versus quality? We saw some kitchen cabinets that we liked at a home show, and they turned out to be Mouser brand.

I'm in the middle of having Mouser cabinets installed - -cabinets are in, but crown molding is not up (the KD ordered the wrong crown molding. I got inset doors (providence? maybe, in China, an off-white)

My GC told me they put the set screw in the doors in the factory so that the cabinet doors cannot be adjusted onsite. We are in discussions about this ....

Do you have the Blum hinges? If so, they should be fully adjustable.

The inset doors have Amerock hinges. Those would be adjustable if the set screw had not been put in already.

Where do Mouser cabinets fall in the price hierarchy? I didn't find many posts discussing them in this forum.

Probably about 20% to 35% more than KraftMaid.
But less than Woodmode and Dutchmade.

Similar in price to Plain & Fancy and Holiday (custom) Kitchens.

Prices: If I had gotten Mouser's frameless line, the price would have been similar to or less than Kraftmaid's full-overlay framed cabinets from Lowe's/HD (all plywood construction and painted cabinets for both. Kraftmaid has a much higher upcharge for painted cabinets). Mouser inset cabinets were the same price as Medallian/Schuler full-overlay framed cabinets (again, both all plywood and painted). Woodmode was much more expensive.
