I guess the colors really do vary by monitors, because the one you say is the largest splotch is purplish looks pretty nice on my monitor. The top left most one looks pretty blue gray spa like to me....

My bathroom is fairly far out in my project list but I intend to go for a similar blue (I would error in the gray/lav range before green). I haven't tried any paint samples yet but I have mentally earmarked SW solitude (maybe darker than you were intending), SW morning fog or SW krypton.

Of all the colors you've tried, I like the biggest block in the lower left corner. The one about 4" left of the towel bar.

Do let us know what you select..

I think someone used Yarmouth blue and it was nice. I looked at SW Tidewater blue but really can't tell from my monitor how greyblue it is.

    Good luck.

I love my master bedroom's color. After trying many, we went with Benjamin Moore's "Under the Bigtop" It's a greyish light blue.

I painted my son's room a beautiful light blue. It's Olympic's Sterling Silver. I've been considering doing my bathroom in it, it's such a good color:

Behr's Light French Grey 720E-2 is used in this RMS link below. Very serene. Perfect for a vintage bathroom.

    Two ideas for you:
I used SW Tradewind in my half-bath, after starting with Palladian Blue, which turned out to be too green. I really like the Tradewind.

In my master bath and bedroom I used BM Silver Mist 1619, which is a lovely, lovely pale grey/blue color.

We have a beautiful gray blue in the kids bathroom and son's bedroom. IT is SW Jubilee. It may be too dark for you but maybe something on the same color strip would work for you. We have had about 4 friends use this color after they see it here. Good Luck!

I used BM Yarmouth Blue in both the second bath and laundry room. It's a color that changes with the light.

Love blues anyway but have to say that the posts above with the Yarmouth look so fantastic- like a catalogue.

We are big fans of blue too. We have SW silvermist in our master BR. SW Rain is a very nice blue too.

Natal I really like your Bath, with the wainscotting

Try Benjamin Moore's Beach Glass or Quiet Moments. Looks very gray to me on the paint chip sample, but painted on the wall comes out very blue/gray - love it!

I added my pics to this post (scroll to the bottom) & just painted a bathroom Wedgewood Gray. It's very much like the RMS pics of the gray/blue. I really love it! Soft & calming.

Here is SW Misty, I had it mixed by BM. It's a silver blue.

Natal, I love your bathroom! Would you mind sharing where you got your recessed medicine cabinet over the sink(at least, I'm assuming that's what it is). Looking for one identical to that and it looks like one I've found at Restoration Hardware but would love to know where you got yours. Love that color as well--definitely added to my inspiration files!

We also used BM Wedgwood Grey. I love it, and I'm not even a "blue person".

Nancy, it is from RH. I bought the matching demi floor cabinet too, but in the end had to buy something smaller. I'm saving the original for when we re-do the other bathroom.

Have you found your grey/blue yet alicatafraid? If not why not take a look at Ellen Kennon's Gustavian Grey? This color creates a wonderful effect, it's like being inside a cloud. Photos don't do it justice I'm afraid. Just FYI the ceiling is painted the same color, but looks so much lighter and more silver grey because it is full spectrum paint.
