Flax Balsamic Dressing

3 Tbsp. Flax oil

2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar

2 Tbsp. Tamari

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Adjust proportion of ingredients to your taste. Toss with salad greens.

(My SIL keeps it in a small spray bottle and sprays her salad greens with it. Works great!)
