Thanks for the wafffle recipe. Now, what I would really love to have is one for McDonald's McGriddle breakfast sandwich. Any one have this? Thanks

I made a similar recipe this morning but added a 1/2 t vanilla. I don't know why most waffle/pancake recipes don't call for it.

I made 2 batches of the IHOP recipe last weekend. As long as I had the iron hot, why not make 2 batches. I didn't have buttermilk so I used half cream and half skim and soured it with vinegar. I did add vanilla. Place 2 in each sandwich bag and into freezer. Just pop in toaster. This is the best recipe yet. Got 14 packages for the freezer.
