RECIPE: Wave Knife

When we were in Fredricksburg last weekend, we went to a really neat kitchen store and they had the Wusthof Wave Knife on sale. I had been looking at it on Amazon but thought that $99 was a bit pricey so passed on it.

Did buy it on sale and what a NEAT knife. Has already become my favorite for everything that needs doing in the kitchen. Highly recommend it.

It has a real sharp serated blade. Cuts thru everything like butter.

Is that the one used on most of those Food Network shows? Does it come in different sizes? Inquiring mind here really needs a good knife!
