I'm obsessed with poppyseed hamentashen, the traditional Jewish confection (is it a cookie? is it a pastry?) during the Purim holiday but which is available at some bakeries year round.

I'm not that well versed in making dough but for this I will try it!

I just want to make the best poppseed hamentashen EVER. :)

Also a prune version. That's the next best thing.

Anyone?
