i have a recipe for salmon-spinach loaf, but lost the directions to make it. i oops, spilt some milk on the directions and now can't read them. here is the recipe: six eggs, one cup milk, one tlbsp lemon juice, one tsp salt, ten oz. chopped spinach two cups cooked macroni, one cup shredded cheese and one can salmon. i'm from northern maine and have substituted fiddle heads for spinach and like this recipe very much. i'm hopping that someone might have these directions. thanks very much, dave.
