Nice job, Red, and it sounds like a good idea to make the backs a uniform white.

I'm finding it hard to imagine how it will work in the window. Could we please see pictures of how it hangs down and how it looks when drawn up?

I really like your blind and you are so clever to just create blinds and curtains and put them all together.

The shade hangs from a curtain rod and the rings unclip to drop the bottom panel down or fold up! This doesn't draw up like roman shades....hope I explained it clear.

Well I finished both blinds and have them hung...but I won't be making the tapestry drapes to match LOL.......It is a long story.......and right now I am mad and my hand and wrist (injury) is killing me another long story..........related to the blinds and drapes.......and You Know Who and DH !!!!!!! I won't be doing any sewing for a few days and hoping my hand feels better for golf class on Monday.......I am typing with 1 finger..LOL

You have worked very hard making those blinds and I'm sure they look lovely. Sorry to hear you are suffering pain in your wrist. Give it lots of rest....hope it's better soon. Would still like you to post a pic of the blinds when you feel better.
