Thanks Ginger for your help. I made the Honey Oat recipe and we really liked the rolls. They are light and tasty and make a good sub. I haven't asked for anything on here for a long time but I figured you would have something. Might try the other recipe soon to see what it is like.

Since I also have been on a similar quest, I have found a wonderful link to share....it is for Pizza but also breaks down Tom Lehmann's recipe for Hoagie Rolls (guess they are just about the same as Subway Rolls) that is easier to follow.
