I got this recipe from Good Housekeeping Nov 2005 in a dentist office, but someone ripped out the directions.

If I give you the ingredients, can anyone tell me if they recognize it, and give me the rest of the directions besides boiling the eggs?

I imagine it probably is just as simple as mixing all the ingredients together. LOL

Chopped egg spread

6 large eggs

2T margerine, butter or olive oil

3 medium onions cut into 1 inch pieces

1/4 t salt

1/4 t black pepper

Melba toast rounds, or assorted crackers.

The only directions I was able to read was to boil the eggs.
