Used to camp a lot, and this is one I always had in my camper. Excellent!!

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

1 pck. (25.6 oz.) instant non-fat dry milk (about 10 2/3 cups)
1 jar (6 oz.) powdered non-dairy creamer
4 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. unsweetened cocoa

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Will keep 6 months.
To make hot chocolate: 3 T. of hot chocolate mix to 1 c. boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
(makes 17 cups of mix)

glenda, that is the one I used to make. I wonder if I could substitute equal amount of Splenda for the powdered sugar? I think I'll give it a try.

I was thinking Splenda alone, would make a difference in texture????

Splenda Powdered Sugar

Splenda Powdered Sugar

Preparation Time 5 min.
Makes1/2 cup

3/4 cup SPLENDA® Granular
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend until SPLENDA® Granular is a very fine powder.

Use instead of powdered sugar for garnishing cakes and pastries.

Hot Chocolate Mix
1(25.6 oz)pkg. instant nonfat dry milk (10 2/3 cups)
1(6 oz)jar powdered nondairy creamer
4 cups powdered sugar
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 17 cups of Hot Chocolate MIX
Per cup: 3 tablespoons hot chocolate mix and 1 cup hot water.
