I'm looking for a warm raspberry vinaigrette dressing for what I think is a Waldorf type salad; main ingredients are mezclun mixed greens combined with walnuts, pear/apple chunks and a choice of either goat cheese rounds and/or crumbled stilton bleu cheese.

I love making things from scratch and fresh ingredients, so I don't mind recipes that are rich and require a little more time in the kitchen. Tia for your help.
