Yes, these are a favorite of kids - we've taken them into school for events, and served at parties as magic wands. Just dip half of the big pretzel rods into melted chocolate - (white or dark) and lay on wax paper to harden. You can add sprinkles to decorate for a special occasion if you want! I love salty/sweet together...

I've made them too. You can get different colored chocolate at Michael's Craft Shop and cute little candy ornaments in the cake decorating aisle in the supermarket to sprinkle on while the chocolate is still soft. I made them once for Easter and they were pink, lavendar and light green. You can dip in white or dark chocolate, then when they harden, dip the tips in a colored chocolate. You can write the kids names on them with cake frosting. There's no limits to what you can do to one little pretzel rod, LOL. (Actually, I didn't use the large rods, I used what I would call "medium" rods, they came in a giant plastic jar. (Less crumbs than with a kid eating a big pretzel rod.)

HERSEY KISS PRETZELS

1 bag small pretzels (twisted)
HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates

Decorative garnishes such as: REESE'S PIECES Candies, silver dragees, small holiday themed candies, nut pieces, miniture marshmallows, candied cherry pieces, M & Ms

1. Heat oven to 350 F. Remove wrappers from chocolates.
   2. Place pretzels on ungreased cookie sheet. Place 1 unwrapped chocolate on top of each pretzel.
   3. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until the chocolate is soft, but not melting.
   4. Remove from oven; gently press decorative garnish on top of the soft chocolate piece. Cool and serve.
