3 to 4 lbs of a brisket cut of beef
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup of water

Put it all in the crockpot! Easy and yummy!

SWEET AND SOUR BRISKET FOR CROCKPOT

6 lb. brisket, flat half, trimmed well
12 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tblsp. brown sugar
3 Tblsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 Tblsp. tarragon vinegar
Tabasco to taste
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 Tblsp. garlic powder
1 Tblsp. dry mustard
6 oz. lemon-lime soft drink

Trim brisket of all visible fat. Place brisket into slow cooker. In mixing bowl, combine all of the above ingredients, mixing well. Pour over brisket.
Cook on high heat for 2 hours or until sauce is bubbly. Turn heat to low and cook for 7 hours or until done.

Simple Brisket

4-5 lbs beef brisket
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (4oz) mushrooms, drained

Trim excess fat from brisket
Combine onion soup mix with mushrooms and their liquid
Place brisket in crockpot with fat side up, cutting to fit if necessary
Spread onion soup mixture over top of brisket, moistening well
Cover & cook on Low setting for 10 to 14 hours
Remove brisket and cut across the grain into thin slices
Serve with meat juices poured over top of slices
Favorite Brisket
4 lb beef brisket 2 teas salt 2 teas dry mustard 2 teas paprika 1/8 teas pepper 1/2 to 1 teas garlic powder

Combine seasonings until well blended; rub into brisket
Place meat in crockpot with fat side up; cutting to fit if necessary
Cover and cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours
Remove brisket from liquid and cut across the grain into thin slices
Serve au jus
