This recipe is so easy and surprisingly, very delicious. Start with a Turkey Breast Roast. You can find them in your grocers' freezer section. One envelope onion soup mix, one stick of butter (not margarine), and one can of beer. Put all the ingredients in a crock pot and let it simmer until the turkey easily pulls apart into the juice. Shred up the turkey and serve on your choice of sandwich roll or mashed potatoes.
