How about Emeril's Red Rooster? It's a quart of cranberry juice cocktail, a container of frozen orange juice concentrate and a cup or two of vodka. Combine everything, freeze and scoop into glasses. I understand it gets "slushy" really fast and is supposed to be yummy.

After owning a bar for years, I don't drink at all, so I can't vouch for it, but I have friends who love them.

Karra's Cocktail

1 part Raspberry Vodka
1 part Cranberry juice
1 part Chambord
Top with Champagne
Rim glass in citrus sugar

(this one is a little bit of heaven in a glass!)

Oprah's Pomegranate Martini Recipe courtesy of Oprah Winfrey Serves 2 INGREDIENTS  1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice  2 oz. Absolute Citron vodka OR white tequila  1 oz. Cointreau liquor  Cup of ice  Optional: Splash of sparkling water  Optional: Squeeze of lemon Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses. Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish.

Lemon Drop Martini

2 parts Absolut Citron
1 part triple sec
1 part lime juice

Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses. Garnish with lemon twist.

Option: use lemon slice to wet rim of glass and dip into white sugar to coat

How about any of these festive 'Tini's?

Ginger Snap Martini
3 oz vodka
1 teaspoon ginger syrup
1 small piece of fresh cut ginger
1 oz ginger ale
orange zest

add vodka & ginger syrup to glass shaker 1/2 full of crushed ice, let stand 1 minute
rub inside of matini glass with fresh cut ginger
shake vodka & ginger syrup
strain into martini glass and top each glass with 1/2 ounce of ginger ale
sprinkle drink with fresh orange zest and garnish with an orange slice with a piece of candied ginger attached

Mistletoe Martini
4 parts vodka
1/2 oz midori
splash of grenadine

mix vodka & midori in shaker with ice
strain into matini glass, add splash of gredine
grenadine will sink to bottom giving you a festively colored holiday drink

Reindeer Martini
2 parts vodka
1 part frangelico
1 part Malibu rum
splash of cream

mix first 3 ing.'s in shaker, strain into martini glass
top with spash of cream
garnish with maraschino cherry with 2 cinammon sticks attached to cherry Rudolph "nose" as "Antlers"

Snowman Twinkle Martini
1 oz Goldschlager cinammon schnapps
1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
2 teaspoons Kahula
sugar rim garnish

Berry Merry Holiday Martini
1/2 oz Cuervo tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz raspberry liquer
2 oz freesh lemon/lime (combined) juice
1 oz cranberry juice
sugar rim and garnish with fresh cranberries
