You came to the right place! Another good place to look is used book stores, if there are any in your area. There's a whole shelf dedicated to bread machine cookbooks in mine!

    Bread Machine Focaccia

Cook Time: 25 Minutes Ready In: 3 Hours
    Yields: 12 servings

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup lukewarm water
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh
    rosemary 3 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons active dry
    yeast
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh
    rosemary

    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Place water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, garlic, 1 tablespoon rosemary, bread flour and yeast in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough cycle; press Start.
    2. Remove dough from bread machine when cycle is complete. Pat dough into either a 9x13 inch baking pan or 12 inch pizza pan. Use your fingers to dimple the dough every inch or so. Brush with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
    3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cover foccacia with plastic wrap while oven preheats.
    4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough with Whole Wheat Flour

makes 1 14 inch round pizza

    2/3 cup water
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3/8 teaspoon salt
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole-wheat flour
    1 teaspoons yeast

    1. Add ingredients in the order given into the bread machine pan.

    2. Start dough cycle

    3. Once the dough is done remove it from the pan onto a floured work surface.

    4. Roll dough to fit the shape of your pan.

    5. Brush lightly with olive oil and add toppings. You can hold this dough, with just the olive oil, for a couple of hours in the fridge covered in plastic wrap.

    6. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

    Hot Cross Bread
    Ingredients:
    1/3 cup water
    2/3 cup milk
    3 tablespoons butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    3 cups flour
    1 package yeast
3/4 cup mixed peel or raisins

    Directions:
Add all ingredients, except fruit, to the bread maker pan in the order listed (or as directed in your bread maker instructions).
Set bread maker to the regular setting and start. Add fruit when the beeper sounds to add remaining ingredients. You can use all peel (as I did here), all raisins, or a mixture of the two.

The Fleischmann's Yeast website has lots of recipes, both conventional and for the bread machine. I've tried several (the herbed hamburger buns and the cheddar twists among others), and have been happy with the results.

Here is a link that might be useful: Fleishmann's Yeast

Thanks becky...that's funny that I use Fleishmann's Yeast and didn't even think to look on the jar for a website or anything. But then when I got home last night I looked and it was on the front of the jar!!
