Try calling Quality Bath (google it), it's a mail order house that was really, really helpful in finding a wall mount faucet that fit the bill for me. They have a much wider range of suppliers than the typical discounted online site (faucet depot, etc.) The downside is, of course, you'll pay for it.

Chicago faucets has a double jointed spout that will get you there, but I think they stopped doing residential stuff which means chrome. But it's worth verifying. Excellent, beautiful faucet.

Or...you can build out a box to hold the faucet. I had this once in a 40sish kitchen and it was wrapped in Formica like the backsplash--I trust yours will not be Formica (not that there's anything wrong with it! You can just get a prettier structure to hold a faucet with other materials.)
