Personally I'd put two panels on each window. Not sure what else I'd do about the table. Can we see a shot of the whole room please?

Yes, two panels on each window. The little table will have to go elsewhere of course. Something different there or maybe a new room arrangement is then in order to balance things.

Unfortunately, re-aarranging the room is not a choice. I have an unusual shaped sectional, a corner fireplace, and 3 walls of windows. In addition, the room is long and narrow!

The table is very nice, but even without the drapery issue, is too small in proportion to the mirror above it. It seems like the table would be a perfect little side table between the couch or loveseat we see, and the window. Once you get the drapes up, you likely won't need anything between the windows.

Yes, I figure the table will just go beside the sofa. It is funny b/c I realized the table was way too small just from looking at the pic I attached! The mirror will go to the foyer.

One panel on each window with tie backs and decorative rod if possible. The table is small but maybe a vase with flower arrangement might give it more proportion.

I wouldn't try and treat the two windows as one, it won't work.
