Will Adex Hampton Bone subways look too gray?

Just when I thought that I finally figured out what tile to use on my backsplash --I am very afraid that I will be unpleasantly surprised when I see it all over the wall (it has only been a year since the granite countertops were installed, LOL). After finally eliminated some other choices, including marble, I thought that I would settle on the Adex Hampton crackled, beveled subway tiles in their bone color. Holding the sample of the tile to the counter, it seems to blend in well with the grayish-white color that is predominate in the background of the granite. (See the photo below.) However, when I did a photo-shop with the tile and put it all over the wall, the color looked a bit off-kind of pinkish-gray--though I swear I don't see any "pinkish" tone to it at all in real life (perhaps it is the photoshop program?--I posted a photo of my "photoshop" attempt below.) Also, next to my (warm)white trim, the tile looks dingy gray--though it doesn't look too bad next to (cool)white paper- go figure. Now I am afraid that when it is installed, the wall will take on a dingy grayish tone, or pinky (there is absolutely no pinkish tone in the granite--all travertines I've tried look too pink next to the granite).

So I am hoping that any of you who have installed this tile in bone color can let me know how the overall effect turned out. Did it look a bit gray? If you can post photos--that would be awesome.

While you are at it--if you have any other suggestions for crackeled subway tiles in some sort of an off-white, bone color, let me know! (Rixi "crema" is too yellowy, by the way.)

Here is my photoshop attempt--complete with my attempt at shadows. I inserted a mosaic tile band--it doesn't seem to go very well. I could do a decorative listello (rope border or other trim to match the tile) instead. Opinions? Do you think I am heading in the right direction for a backsplash for this very busy granite, that appears to change colors like a chameleon, depending on the lighting, and how close you are standing to it? (From a distance, on a sunny day, it appears whitish overall, up close, and under more incandescent lighting, the golden tones are more apparent.)
