Black and white column looking "drapery"

This is very interesting and it pulls in the bedspread and rug nicely. How is it made and is there another on the opposite side of the windows? Where would you get the hanging rod?

Yes there's a matching panel not shown in the photograph. They were made through a custom drapery workroom. The hardware is by Kravet, available through the trade.
