I would want to switch the fridge and pantry, so that your cooking/meal prep activities stick to one side of the room and don't cross over any traffic at the cleanup/dishes area, and so that the fridge and micro are closer.

I probably would also swap the trash and dishwasher.

Across the end of a 3 ft island, once you center a sink that is large enough to fill and drain pots, and scrub veggies without banging your knuckles, you won't have much work room or landing space to either side of it. It will also interfere with using the storage space from either side of the island at that end. If you put it on the corner (nearest the dbl oven), you can access it from the side or the end of the island and have counter space by it at either to work or set things. This would also free up the side of the island toward your bigger sink for storage.

Personally, I like a tighter aisle across from the cooktop, rather than larger. My kitchen has 4 ft on the side aisles, but between the cooktop and island it's 3 ft...Makes it any easy turn back and forth.

I'm still a little worried about the distance between the corner of the island and that wall that juts out between the stairs and dining room.
