I would do your backsplash in an off-white subway tile. If you do it in a purple you might tire of it. Use purple/rasberry as your accent color instead. Keep it simple and classic, it will be timeless and beautiful.

Caminnc, thanks for your message. I probably should have been clearer. In the bathroom where that's going, the shower is tiled in white subway tiles but will have an accent line (about five inches high of hopefully purple tiles) and there will be a similar 5 inch high line of tiles right above the 24" granite counter in between the sink and mirror. It's a small three piece bathroom (toilet, sink, tub/shower). I love the color of that vase...I just can't find anything close to it in a tile. Do you still think that would be too much purple?

Oh sorry, don't know why I assumed it was a kitchen. I think it would be fine in your bathroom. Ann Sacks has some tile that could work. There are also some pebble stones with some purple undertones that might work for you.

Just some caution. Kashmir White is a delicate granite. Research how to best seal it. I think it might need a bit more maintenance than the darker granites.

Sonoma Tilemakers Tantrum series has a color called Moondance that may work for you.

Their "Blink" series is a sort of pencil line.

Thank you all so much for all your help! I ordered a bunch of sample tiles including the Susan Jablon, Ann Sacks, and Rum Raisin ones and the Rum Raisin is the absolute winner! It's STUNNING next to the Kashmir White.

I never would have guessed I'd be going for a bathroom with this much pink/purple in it but I love it.

Now, if I could only find a flooring tileâ¦

Ellendi is right. White Kashmir is susceptible to staining so sealing is key. Got it in both bathrooms, and one did stain some from standing water. Its versatile as far as color though. One has SW Contented, the other SW Raindrop and they both look great. I was thinking of painting the walls a light lavender so thanks for the inspiration.

Just wanted to post a follow-up, our house is very close to completion and I really appreciated all of your help in finding a bathroom tile! We ended up going with the Rum Raisin tile to go with our Kashmir White granite and are incredibly pleased with the results!

They're not quite done with the final touches and cleaning but I thought I'd share a few progress photos! (Sorry for the poor quality in some photos, the lights weren't all installed so I was having to drag a lightbulb in for extra light.)

Granite is in and awaiting tile installation!

That looks great! The photos do not show how pretty that tile is in person. Glad you could use it as it didn't end up working out for me like I had hoped.
