My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen reno started!

The GC was here first thing on Monday morning (as planned) & started the demo. They have gutted the old kitchen, removed a wall, rerouted the plumbing & are currently repairing the walls & ceiling. New window is supposed to come today too.

I am so happy to have the old the kitchen gone that I just love looking at the empty space!

My DH says this is just like Christmas for me...he's right :)
