It's 2 1/2 ft by 2 ft. All together, from modifying the pattern, cutting & grinding the glass, leading (yes - it's leaded with zinc framing), puttying, cleaning and polishing I probably have 10-12 hours in it, and about $100 in supplies. My arm felt like it was about to fall off yesterday when I was puttying and cleaning it, but seeing it hung (I even cleaned the windows before hanging it!) makes it all worth while :-)

WOW! AWESOME JOB! Everybody is making such awesome stuff right now and this is no exception to that rule! When I took my first lesson of stained glass, I bought all the stuff to do lead pcs and never did one yet! Been oh 8yrs!!! I do use lead hobby came and lead and zinc for framing pcs, here is my first big pc 36"tall x 24" wide, done in copper foil, the solder lines are thicker than if I had used lead!!!! Ya live and learn, I used a lead panel pattern, drew it out with a thick black marker, cut out inside the lines, and used copperfoil. Soooo, it is quite a "thick" project!lol! I get lots of compliments on it, but I hide it away so no Real Glass Crafters won't ever see it!lol!

WOW! How PRETTY this is! LOVE the simple design and the colors....My cousin is getting married next fall and I've been stumped about what to get...I think I will copy (if you don't mind) your design and just make it a mosaic, using black tile for the lead parts...THANK YOU for showing this beautiful piece!!

Cindiloo - the pattern is from the Glasseye 2000 program. Perhaps you can download the pattern from their site? I'm not sure how that works :-)

Wow I can't believe it only took 10-12 hours to complete. You could make a few a week at that pace. I like you lead work too, nice and clean.

OMG that is stunning! Very good soldering. I have given up on leadlight, I caught the GOG bug and I'm not going back! You did a fantastic job! Leadlight takes so much dedication, you cant change the pattern as you go along like gog.

That is so pretty! I bet it looks tremendous hanging with the rich colors and light coming in behind them. How can you solder so neatly, mine looks awful. I have a couple of small pieces I took apart and can't bring myself to try to resolder them.
