I loose stuff ALL the time, DH thinks it's clutter...he also turns out lights in a room if I leave it just to go make a tea....grrr (Maybe I should throw His shoes out the door! It sure feels good doing that!lol!)

LOL guys! I lose about 20 lbs of myself on a fairly regular basis. But it keeps find me again and again and brings a little extra with it sometimes too.

Hey calam, I have thrown Dh's shoes out the door before. He leaves them everywhere! Always in the walkways of the house so I got fed up, picked 'em up and threw them outside! He innocently looked up and said "What'd you do that for?" Our anniversay is this month and he wanted to know if I was gonna "reup" for another year. I told him only if he promised to put his shoes up where I wouldn't trip over them. He had the nerve to laugh at that!

I've only been asking for eight years for him to pick the shoes up, and still he doesn't. Oh well, guess it's just a minor flaw.

I was sick (very) for a couple years and one day we were having a conversation (hubby and I) about doing things before a certain age and I said something about doing (whatever) before I turned 35 and my hubby looked at me and said "but you are 35" I argued the point and finally had to get out the freakin calculator to prove I wasnt 35 yet (which I was) I had actually lost a whole year of my life and did not realize I was almost 36!!! I had such a fit...I could not believe I was already 35...now I am 41 but it was such a disappointment to realize I had missed so much and didnt know it!! But on the bright side...Im healthy now!!!

Don't laugh, because this is serious. I am in the midst of mosaicking the 4 doors on two armoires for both of my daughters. I took the hinges and hardware off, and now I can't find them! I am really annoyed, and I know this is my own fault, since I started the doors before Thanksgiving!

Heheheh our car down the river followed by the garden shreader,that one hurt to loose, car was insured. Never found the shreader. The car was about a mile away.

Today I lost the BIG tape measure. About 3 inches square. It was sitting right on my little work table right under my nose and it only took me 20 minutes to find it. GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Tamar I feel your pain. I took several doors off in this house and have them stored in the shop loft. I am so freaked I will loose the hinges and screws. I know where they are now even after 3 1/2 years but I think soon I will put them up with the doors taped to one of the door knobs. Did you look in a drawer on the armoires? It is fascinating I can find anything in my office work room when I am in the middle of a project. Glad I spent a little time clearing some of it up today. It was starting to bug me.

I spend 1/2 a day everyday looking for stuff I put up somewhee the day before.Dang I hate it...just wait til some of you young things get to be almost 70 and you'll see how lost you can really be LOL...and I'm married to a man who knows where every bolt and screw and everything else is in his life for the las 68 yrs...It hard! LOL

It seems my mind is always in the Twilight Zone..

(There are these blue guys who construct time. If you lose something it is just because one of them forgot to " build" it in that minute..)
