Calamity, yes, that's Maggie the bullie she is my trusty assistant very, very spoiled and I love her so much.
I have a secret about the pigeons, My ceilings are 12' high and since I didn't want to be on the ladder for a couple hours I painted them on some old wallpaper, cut them out and then pasted them to the wall above the doors. It worked great!

Very pretty, I'd give it a try. Part of doing anything in art is putting it out there for others to see, and the worst they can do is not pick it. I don't see why they wouldn't though, it's beautiful work.

OHMYGOODNESS!!! Treesa, by all means, enter those wonderful windows. I LOVE your style. I also loved the little cabin. I do other things periodically, and love to make little houses. Tell me how you made your cabin. It's wonderful.

Slow, I am glad you liked the cabin, it was so much fun to make, I just gathered a bunch of twigs one day, brought them in the house and thought about making a house out of them. I love little houses also. All I did was hot glue the twigs together, and since there were gaps between the twigs I took a paper bag, dipped it in elmers and glued it to the inside...[easier said than done believe me] but it worked!
I then took a paper doily and made curtians for the windows, I glued them in with hot glue. And I took a piece of red stained glass,glued it to a big metal washer and made the round window at the peak of the roof. THe roof is covered in magnolia leaves.
I have a string of christmas lights wired up in the rafters on the inside.
My house was on the candlelite Christmas tour again this year and so many people were asking me where I bought that little cabin.

Sirius, I do have a little grout sepage under a couple pieces but it's not too bad. I have never had that happen before, just lucky I guess. I almost cried when I discovered it. But it was too late of course.
D3bbi, YOu know a couple people have said the same thing, that they liked it ungrouted also, but the problem with that is the glass is so sharp I would never be able to clean it. So I just continued adding glass pieces and grouted it. I like it alot but I can't wait to get started on the next one!
