My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Small Flat Design Emergency

Hi, I just finished school and I am moving from a residence to my first flat. The flat is quite small though 3 by 3.3m (9ft by 10ft) with open plan kitchen.

I'm wondering whether I should for two 2-seater (1.6 to 1.8m long) couches or just one 3-seater couch (almost 2.3m long).

Your insight will be much appreciated.

Thanks
