Flow Blue Ginger Jar

This is another swap piece I'm working on.

The recipient has a lot of flow blue dishes in her kitchen, and I had these dishes...

Thinking of either pale yellow or white grout. Opinions?

Beautiful, either will be pretty with the yellow and blue.I love the yellow and blue and white and you've done it so well.

I think it would be great in blue grout! you are a swappn maniac lately! I love this

I LOVE those plates! Your jar is wonderful and you've just given my an idea about a pitcher I want to do..THANKS for sharing! How many swap gifts does this make....3? 4?

    I vote for charcoal grout

How about a light grey or a very off white...however, charcoal would make it pop?

Nice job on the Jar..just got some of those dishes at an estate sale.

I think I'd go with the white grout!

OH, HRSG. That is FABULOUS!!! I LOVE that. You REALLY chose the right color to go w/the blue. That's gonna be such a wonderful gift. Another nice neutral is Mapei's grey - just plain grey. It's a little darker than the Pearl, and is close to a charcoal. Whatever you decide w/be smashing.

The ginger jar is really stunning. I am wondering if you might want to use a dark grey grout too-would really make the blues stand out. I love doing anything in the blue willow pattern. Nice job...lucky swap person.

I saw something like that in a mosaic book with blue and yellow. They used the brightest, blue grout. Looked kinda cool. But, if you want to go more conservative, I probably would go with pale yellow or white. I don't know if gray would make it look too muddy.

Thank you all for your comments. I think I'm going to go with a pale yellow grout.

Looks nice to me. Nice bright grout. I know about mailing a heavy item. A pot I mailed cost $25 - couldn't believe it.

Oh that's lovely, the yellow grout brought it to the next level!

Turned out great, looks so cheerful,I can see sunflowers in it.Hope your pot's not real big,my swap bowl shipping was 65.00 but it was really heavy and they double boxed it...learned on that one LOL!
