Wow Tamar I love it done with the mirrors like that. The beads around the edges are a great touch. I see you put a splash of color in the mirror here and there....very nice!!!

Sorry for posting again but I had to come back and look again. You gave me a great idea. I have a black tray that I am mosaicing for a relay for life auction in may and have been stressing over what to do on it. I think you may have given me a great idea....do it with mirrors and a spot of color here and there.....thank you for the inspiration!!!! (you dont mind me borrowing that idea do ya???!! Please!!!)

Chickee, not at all! I actually borrowed the idea from my friend Jane, who does EVERYTHING in mirror. Anyway, the bits of color are vitreous glass tile, cut small. Just be careful - I probably ended up with over 20 small slices all over my fingers from the mirror.

Very pretty set!I like the mirror, silver, white combo!
If there's no blood on the back of the tile, then it's not truly home made, IMHO!

Love it! Working on some of those myself........I cut myself all the time, I think of when I was quilting "don't get blood on it!!"....hehe..I sure use lots of bandaids. I actually stabbed myself (somehow) with needle-nose pliers last night... I need to buy the cutesy pie ones like the grandkids use!

Very cute! I think Nice did a child's set too. I'm just amazed that they had siver sets for kids way back when!
We had PLASTIC!hahaa I don't play with mirror much...I'm a grinder...and mirror doesn't grind well. The way I like to feel my stuff....I'd have to get stitches!
