That's going to be very pretty! What about a streaky white -- possibly with grey or green for the center fill? With black glass around the border, I'd probably like a medium to deep grey grout.

Anyway, I can't believe you haven't gotten more expert advice. The design is beautiful, and I'm sure a number of choices would be a good fill. For me, things with white, grey or green seem to play off what you already have in the works. Black could be stunning too. Good luck deciding!
