My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I Happened to go to H.O.B.O. ( Homeowners bargain outlet ) just to look around ..... and found 10 pound bags of Mapei grout for $2.99 !!!!!!!! Black , Grey pearl and beige .

Holy cow - what a sale ! The back end of my van was riding alot lower on my way home from the store ........
