VERY nice solder job. I think his experience with the welding and tack soldering gave him an advantage though..He really knows how to work with it!

WHAT A TEAM. His work is superb. Yeah, if you don't like the soldering, put that boy to work REAL FAST. He REALLY has talent. Wish I could weld and solder, cuz I want to do some metal artsy things.

When he gets home tonight I'll let him see all your nice comments. It will make him feel really good.

slow-dh always said its not hard to learn to weld, take a class and next thing you know....whah lah you will be welding, I know you could do it!!!! I don't know how expensive it would be though for all the equipment though. Just a thought.

Well tell DH i have a verrrry high regard for welders!I helped my DH build and weld a corral for our cows at our ranch,it was 100 in the shade in Aug we never do these things in the winter....anyway having that helmet and my glasses sliding around from the sweat and of course I wanted to get every little bead perfect the first time was the hardest thing i ever did.In fact after getting into an argument I finally told him do it yourself...of course that was 20years ago now nothing is worth argueing over LOL.Your hubby did a great job when mine retires I'm gonna get his help too.

Well I can't weld or solder, but it sure looks like he did a really nice job on that for you. I'd encourage more of it for sure, lol

I don't know the first thing about solder or welding though dh can do both. I've never asked him to teach me how. I'd say yours did a SUPER job, so smooth! I agree, looks like a great team in the making!
